Four screen setup

Multitabling July 9th, 2008

I have expanded my current computer setup with a fourth screen.

This makes it possible for me to play 16 tables in full size, 4 on each screen. I don’t yet know if that is better than playing 12, but I am sure I will get used to it and make more money this way.

I had to get a third graphics-card to make this work, and even after that it took me a while to get working. But now it does, and it is awesome! ;)

Here is a picture - sorry about the mess! ;)

    This is just sick!

It looks like you have a “main monitor” in the middle, and then 1 on the left and 2 on the right. Are you still seeing all the action on the monitor to the far right?

Also, have you made any thoughts on getting a 30” monitor vs. lost of “small” monitors?

You are right about the main monitor etc.

I do sometimes miss action to the far right, but that is the screen I use for starting new tables, so not that big a deal.

I have been looking into getting a setup that puts two monitors on top of each other (so it would be 2×2), since that would put less stress on neck and wrist, but I have not found anything that was really useful for the monitors I already have…

As for the 30″ vs. several small monitors, I think I will write a blog post on it one of these days.
