My computer setup - perfect for multitabling SNGs
It never ceases to amaze me, how much computer-muscle is required to multitable Party Poker while running Pokertracker and PokerAce HUD. I think my setup is the computer-equivalent of 20 inch biceps! 
This is my current configuration:
- Intel Quadcore CPU @ 2.4GHz
- 4GB RAM
- Two fast Striped (RAID0) harddisks (2×300GB)
- Nvidia GeForce 8800GTS + Nvidia GeForce 6200 Gfx-cards
- 3 Samsung Syncmaster 204b monitors (20 inch)
- Logitech MX Revolution laser mouse (with lots of extra buttons - for one-click all in, for example)
That is some pretty powerful hardware! And it runs pretty much everything smooth as hell. “Pretty much” because when I play 12 tables at Party Poker and run all the needed software and scripts, it lags enough to be quite annoying. This is even though my CPU is never close to being maxed out - simply because the Party Poker client is poorly designed.
Oh well, I still love my setup. Just look at those 3 neat monitors running 1600×1200 each - thats 4800×1200 or 12 big tables of poker! Gotta love that!
